About the Team
Our SEA legal team is growing together with our company and committed to provide top-end in-house legal services to our internal clients on SEA legal matters. We are looking for competent candidate to join us as Singapore Regional Counsel to support our team. This role will be handling regional legal and non legal administrative matters. and will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ORQ, Guoco Tower as well as Capital Tower receptionists to sort out incoming letters for all TikTok/ Bytedance Singapore entities.
- Coordinate with directors for execution of directors resolutions as well as legal documents for all Singapore entities.
- Facilitate cross border transactions that require notarisation and legalisation in Singapore.
- Record and manage Singapore entities' official stamps, corporate seals endorsement as well as seals usage.
- Provide regional legal support on reviewing NDAs, LOA, POAs, GSAs, SOWs and etc.
- Managing TikTok/ Bytedance Singapore entities' SG CorpPasses.
- Proactively prepare, maintain, and update corporate documents/ databases.
- At least 3 - 5 years of paralegal experience.
- Diligent, quick learner, responsive, able to work across time zones, experience with working with international stakeholders.
- Team player, critical thinker, self motivated, ability to adapt to changes, uncertainties as well as being proactive to react to urgent and immediate business requests.
